These terms apply to your use of the Aura Rooms website and to booking treatments and sessions with us. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them.
Bookings & enquiries
Requests made through this website are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Your appointment is only confirmed once we reply by phone or email to arrange it. All prices are guides and are subject to consultation and may change.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged at up to 50% of the treatment cost.
Patch tests
Some treatments — including tinting, lash lifts and certain brow treatments — require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. These treatments cannot go ahead without one where required.
Suitability & liability
Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. Treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or medication before your appointment.
